Designer Duds
Howdy. Long time, no type, yeah? Like most people, the economy has affected my purchasing power, and so there hasn’t been much to blog about on my little shopping blog. I did buy come jeans on clearance the other day, but that’s about it. Oh, and a black lace skirt. Ok, so maybe I have purchased a couple of things. But nothing spendy.
Now, I do have a bit of advice for you today. If, like me, you enjoy looking at brands like prada, fendi and gucci, go ahead and do it. Enjoy yourself. Make wish lists and compose dreamy outfits, all the way down to shoes, purse and lascivious under-roos. It’s fun and it’s free.
But then, go to a discount store and look for stuff that will pass the 25mph test. That is, could a rider on a horse going 25 mph tell the difference? If not, go for it. You’ll look chic and your wallet will be fatter. Unless you have way more money than I do. Then splurge, because, what the hell, Barbie only lives once, right?
